Refund & Return Policy
EMLAN is committed to providing books and digital products accurately and in good condition. The following policy applies to purchases made directly through EMLAN.
Physical Books
All physical book sales are final. EMLAN does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or books that have been opened, read, or otherwise used.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact EMLAN promptly. We may request photographs or other information needed to document the issue.
After review, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided when applicable.
If an order does not arrive, please contact EMLAN so that we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate remedy.
Digital Products
Digital products, including EPUB eBooks, are final sale and non-refundable once purchased or delivered.
If EMLAN confirms a technical problem that prevents you from receiving or accessing the purchased file, we will work to correct the problem or provide an appropriate remedy.
Customer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
